- Refunds
To book in advance we require a deposit. The deposit goes towards your booking price. If you need to cancel we do have a cancellation fee of $16-$55 depending on the deposit amount. We may be able to refund to a gift card with special circumstances.
- Services
Please familiarize yourself with our services prior to visiting. This is especially important for the birthday party packages in reserved spaces, as we usually need to keep the party on schedule.
